Itinerary

  • Day 1: Arrival, Bangkok

Welcome to Thailand, an awesome family vacation destination with fascinating culture, welcoming people, stunning sandy beaches, and kid-friendly hotels! Once you and your family arrive in Bangkok, a local private guide will wait outside the airport to transfer you to your hotel (including a swimming pool). Check-in and have a good rest.

  • Day 2: Bangkok, Classic Sightseeing Tour

With an experienced, family-friendly guide at the side, an interesting sightseeing tour will expose you and your kids to the hustle and bustle capital of Bangkok, experiencing their culture, history, and life. Since it's a private tour, you and your family can explore this charming city at your own pace.

Stroll through the flower and vegetable market, the biggest wholesale market in Thailand. It will be a feast for the senses: the air is filled with strong fragrances, and colorful flowers are made into delicate garlands and intricate displays.

Not far from here is the Grand Palace, the most famous and popular landmark in Bangkok. This palace complex, covering an area of about 218,000 square meters, consists of many awe-inspiring buildings with impressive mosaic details including the sacred Wat Phra Kaew. After that, hop on a long-tail boat cruising through the canals in Bangkok. The passed-by places, where people still live in traditional Thai houses on stilts over the water, will impress you with its peaceful atmosphere and laid-back lifestyle.

The final stop is the fantastic Wat Arun. Inlaid with colored ceramic decors, it is like a gleaming gigantic jewel box waiting to be opened.

  • Day 3: Bangkok - Kanchanaburi, Floating Market

After the exploration in Bangkok, we will head to Kanchanaburi. On the way, make a stopover at the famous Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. It is rare to see the scene: in the narrow canals, countless hawkers peddle on overloaded boats. Wander along the canals and take wonderful photos with your family.

After arriving in Kanchanaburi, if you're interested, we can arrange a visit to "Moo Ban Dek" for you, "Moo Ban Dek" is a jungle home built by a registered nonprofit organization committed to helping underprivileged children, by offering free accommodation and education, loving care, and encouragement. Your kids will have the opportunity to learn about the living environment of local children, interact with them, and even provide some help for them within capacity.

  • Day 4: Kanchanaburi Highlights Tour

Embark on a scenic adventure in Kanchanaburi, where history and nature's beauty blend seamlessly. Designed to captivate your senses and enrich your family's journey, a visit to Kanchanaburi offers more than just a history lesson—it's a feast for the eyes as well.

Though the Hellfire Pass Museum warrants a brief mention, the real stars of this journey are the landscapes. Journey to the railway station near Krasae Cave. Here, the railway snakes along a cliff edge, overlooking the tranquil River Kwai below. Capture a few photos; they'll look like postcards.

Conclude your unforgettable day with a relaxing saunter on the Bridge over the River Kwai. Recently revamped, the bridge now features a pedestrian-friendly walkway and cozy side platforms—perfect for taking in the lush panoramas of Kanchanaburi. Bring a camera, because you won't want to miss the chance to snap some memories against a stunning backdrop.

  • Day 5: Kanchanaburi - Bangkok, Fly to Chiang Mai

This morning, you will return to Bangkok and then fly to Chiang Mai. Upon your arrival, a local tour guide will greet you at the airport exit and escort you to the hotel.

  • Day 6: Chiang Mai, Biking Tour or Flying Squirrels

Chiang Mai, the largest city in the northern mountainous area of Thailand, has so much to see and do. Why not join a small group, cycling through the streets of Chiang Mai towards the Ping River? Following the river downstream with a soft breeze and nice views around the river, you will discover the real rural Thailand. Various fruit orchards and temple ruins of Wiang Kum Kam also can be seen on the route.

If you and your children are eager for a more exciting challenge, put the bike aside and come venture with the Flying Squirrels! Flying through the dense forest, riding a bicycle on the treetop, climbing huge net like spiders... all these will increase your adrenaline.

  • Day 7: Chiang Mai, Make Friends with Elephants

Elephants have been of special significance in Thailand's history, tradition, culture and the royal family for centuries since the old Siam. Today, you and your family will spend the whole day at Elephant Nature Park, getting up close to these beautiful creatures. You will take a walk around the park to observe the elephants roaming freely in the jungle, playing in the river and covering themselves with sand after bathing. What's more, you will have the opportunity to visit some other rescued animals, such as dogs and cats. There is no strict schedule in the park, so the best way to make the most of your visit is to relax, watch, and learn about elephants.

  • Day 8: Chiang Mai, Lanna Family Life Experience

There is no better way to experience the local life in Chiang Mai than visiting a traditional Lanna family. They live in teak wooden houses in the suburbs of Chiang Mai and continue the Lanna traditions from generation after generation.

Here you will learn the history and structures of this building, take a walk through the orchard that is filled with fruits such as bananas and mangoes, pick up fresh herbs and organic vegetables from the garden, and try to cook some home-made Northern Thai lunch with the help of the host.

  • Day 9: Chiang Mai - Phuket

Fly to the famous holiday island - Phuket. It is one of the most popular destinations for family leisure, with beautiful beaches, amazing resorts and delicious food. After you land at the airport, the rest of the day is free for you and your family to explore the island or enjoy the sunshine on the beach.

  • Day 10: Phuket, Free Time

In the following two days, you and your families will explore this charming island independently. On the first day, why not escape from the crowded to Koh Yao Noi that is still untouched by mass tourists? Enjoy the relaxing time with your families, riding bicycles along the well-developed main road, walking along the pristine beaches, and sharing tasty food at the major market of the town

  • Day 11: Phuket, Free Time

Beach time goes on. A full-day excursion to Phang Nga James Bond Island by speedboat is recommended today. Leisure cruise through the emerald waters of Phang Nga Bay to see the breathtaking steep limestone karst rising from the water, including the famous James Bond Island. Of course, you could spend the whole day with your children on the beach of Phuket.

  • Day 12: Phuket - Bangkok, Departure

It's time to bid farewell to Thailand. Fly back to Bangkok with fond memories, where you can easily connect with your international flight.
